Why hasn’t my order gone through?Updated 2 months ago

If you received an error message at checkout or haven’t received an order confirmation, your payment may not have gone through.

Common reasons include:

  • Incorrect billing address
  • Card issuer declined the transaction
  • Mismatched postal code

What to do:

  • Double-check that your billing details match what your bank has on file
  • Try placing your order again using the correct information
  • If the issue continues, contact your card issuer or try a different payment method

Any pending charges from failed attempts should automatically reverse within 24 hours.
