If you’ve received an incorrect item, we’ll do our best to fix it quickly.

- Take a clear photo of the packing slip and the item you received
- Contact our Customer Care Team and attach the photos to your message
Once we’ve confirmed the issue, we’ll:
- Arrange the return of the incorrect item (at no cost to you)
- Send out the correct item as soon as possible
