What should I do if I received the wrong item?Updated 2 months ago

If you’ve received an incorrect item, we’ll do our best to fix it quickly.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Take a clear photo of the packing slip and the item you received
  2. Contact our Customer Care Team and attach the photos to your message

Once we’ve confirmed the issue, we’ll:

  • Arrange the return of the incorrect item (at no cost to you)
  • Send out the correct item as soon as possible
