We understand sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s what you need to know about returning or exchanging your Love to Dream™ order:

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be returned within 30 days of purchase
• Be unused and unworn, in original packaging
• Be in a re-sellable condition

Please keep in mind:

• Clearance items are final sale and can’t be returned unless faulty
• Items from a bundle can be returned or exchanged individually
• Newborn Starter Packs and Toddler Packs must be returned as a full set (unless faulty)
• We can only exchange an item for a different size of the same style
