We know plans can change! While we’ll always do our best to help, our team moves quickly to get orders on their way - so we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll send a request to our Warehouse Team and let you know if they’re able to catch it in time.
If we’re able to cancel it in time:
You’ll receive a confirmation email
Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
Funds typically appear within 5-7 business days
